Preach the Verse

The preacher’s recall test. Other exercises spread the text before you and test your hands; this one shows you NOTHING but an address. A reference is called, a soul is waiting, and the verse must come out of the heart, word for word — set its words in order from the bank until it stands preached. A verse with no refused word is marked from the heart. “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season.”
